This Terms and Conditions Agreement (or “Terms of Use”) applies to the use of Hooseki’s website located at https://hooseki.co.id/.

Before making a purchase or sending an enquiry, you must first fill in the required personal data and click on the statement “By checking this checkbox, you accept the Terms and Conditions” in each field that includes the Terms and Conditions.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT PROCESS THE PURCHASE OR SUBMIT THE ENQUIRY.

Hooseki reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use each time before using the Site.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes means that you accept and agree to the changes. You agree that all subsequent purchases by you will be subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, which will apply until Hooseki posts new Terms of Use subsequently. As long as you follow the provisions in the Terms of Use.

Every order received by Hooseki will be acknowledged electronically on the site and or in physical form. Such evidence is a sign that Hooseki has received a member’s order and will be processed in accordance with the goods and or services ordered by the member based on digital data received by Hooseki’s servers and systems.
However, such evidence does not constitute a guarantee or confirmation that Hooseki is willing and certain to approve and or fulfil the order, nor does it constitute Hooseki’s ability to approve the sale process of the order.
Hooseki reserves the right at any time after receiving an order to approve or reject the order for any reason with prior notice. Hooseki will conduct additional verification in the form of email, telephone or other forms of communication before agreeing to honour the order.

Hooseki reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, incorrect rebate or refund, containing incorrect information or typographical errors. Hooseki is also not responsible for any form of consequences that may and or will arise from the mislisting as mentioned above.

Hooseki reserves the right to make changes to prices and billing terms at any time. Where such changes will be effective from the time the changes are posted on the Hooseki website or notified via email.

All requests for technical service and support can be made directly to the product manufacturer in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to each product and product brand. Further technical details are explained in the After Sales page.

Refund Terms and Conditions:

1. There are no physical defects in the goods
2. Print proof of payment in the purchase email
3. The direct refund claim period is no longer than 2 weeks after the goods are received.

For the warranty period of each item calculated based on the warranty card of each brand of goods. Distributor warranty is at least 1 year of replacement of new goods, above 1 year of service and maintenance warranty.

In the event of a violation by a member of the “Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use”, the member hereby agrees to be responsible for all forms of loss to Hooseki and releases Hooseki (along with all parties involved in Hooseki) from any requests and or demands including from third parties and others.
